  3. Hoarder House Clearance Over a Bank Holiday Weekend

    We were brought in to help a landlord clear an extremely cluttered property which was also filled with rubbish that had been accumulating for a number of years. The previous tenant had not paid rent for a number of months and had left the property in an uninhabitable condition.

    Our clearance team started the clearance on Sunday, working through the bank holiday Monday to ensure we were able to hand the emptied property back over by the Tuesday evening.

    As most of the carpets were badly contaminated we remove and disposed of these as well.

    All rubbish was disposed of at a licenced waste transfer facility which burns the rubbish to produce electricity.
